A mini band saw the launch of 2007 seasons' outdoor performances.

The occasion was the start of the Caithness and Sutherland Walking Festival.

A small crowd of walkers about 24 walkers were led off by the band at the start of their Saturday walk.

This year the event was held in Helmsdale and Bruce Sandison was the guest speaker.
